Within these pages we investigate
chemical structures and reactions, the stability of compounds,
and strategies to prevent undesired effects. We look at resonance energy
transfer (FRET). The intriguing "Buckyballs" and an investigation
into Fullerenes, recently detected in outer space. A mathematical overview of
how the Laplace transform is widely used based upon the work of Simon
Laplace, who introduced the transform based on the probability theory. Also
included is an overview of Quantum Mechanics and Physicists at the University
of Koblenz who claim to have violated Einstein's theory of relativity, by transmitting
photons faster than the speed of light using microwave photons which travel
instantaneously between a pair of prisms in a phenomenon known as 'quantum
tunneling'. A look at organic synthesis and of Louis Verlet's integration
(his numerical method used to integrate Newton's equations of motion). We
consider Molecular dynamics also the specialized field of molecular modeling.
